Placing an order on Digitrendy is easy. Simply follow the following 3 basic steps when placing an order:
- Member Registration
- Find the items you'd like to buy & Add to your shopping basket
- Choose your payment method & Checkout

|
You need to register to start buying in Digitrendy. Registration is simply. The registered information is basically the primary corresponding information with you (e.g. email communication, shipping address etc.)
Please follow the below steps to register: |

- You need to login with your username and password to start buying in Digitrendy. So, please register to become a member first.
- Go to Main Page and Press 'Join Us Now!'
|
|
|
|
|
- Fill-in the form and Press 'Submit' button.
- These information will be the primary corresponding information with you (e.g. email communication, shipping address etc.)
|
|
|
|
|
- After registration, the temporary password will be sent to your registered email account immediately. Please check your email account.
- You do not have to remember the temporary password. You can create your own confidential password. Just click the link and it will redirect you to our digitrendy website.

|
|
|
|
- Please change you own confidential password and remember it.
|
|
|
|
|
- Registration complete! You can now login with your username(your registered email) and you own cofnidential password.

- Login success. You can change you password, see your order history or change your account information as you like.

- You can browse the site, by navigating through the product category. Each category (e.g. GPS Devices) may contain sub-category (e.g. Bluetooth GPS, USB GPS etc). Product category can be found on the home page and also on the left hand side of each product page.

- The product sub-category page is displayed in Brief mode by default where you can see the basic product description. You can also display the product sub-category page in Thumbnail mode as below.

- The product sub-category page can be displayed in Thumbnail mode where you can see the product photo only allowing you to do a quick search of product.

- To view the detail of the product, simply click the product image and it will guide you to the product page.
|

- To start buying, choose your currency, order quantity & ship to where.
- Each product page comes with a 'Add to cart' button. Clicking on that button will add that product to your shopping basket.

- As soon as you add a product, you will see the basket updated on the My Basket in the left hand side. You can also see your 'Order Total' as well.
- After adding all your desired products in your shopping basket, clicking 'Buy Now' from the shopping basket will take you to the final process of your order.

Choose your payment method & Checkout |

Don't worry on mistakenly pressing 'Place Order' button. It won't deduce you any money. We allow Bank Transfer Payment and PayPal Payment.You will have to login your own Paypal account or transfer money to our Bank account to finish the paying process. |

- After clicking the 'Buy Now' button, you will see your order detail.
- You need to enter your Ship-To Address and choose a payment method.
- Note: You cannot choose PayPal payment if your order total is greater than US$1200.00 or its equivalent and we will ship to your PayPal address only although we allow you to enter the Ship-To address.

| If you have a valid coupon, please enter the coupon code here. The sub-total value will be deduced according to the discount rate of the coupon. |

- Enter the coupon code here. When you move the cursor away, you will see the subtotal value deduced according to the discount rate of the coupon.

- Re-organized your Ship-To Address fields, choose PayPal and click 'Place Order' button.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway by secure connection as below.

- Please check the Total Amount and login to your PayPal.
- After login, please review your payment detail and pay to us. We will ship to your PayPal address only. Please check your shipping address carefully.
- You will be redirected back to our digitrendy website after completed payment. You can always check the your order status by clicking the 'Order History' in the top banner after you login to Digitrendy.
- Note: The Order Status in your 'Order History' will change to Completed if we received your PayPal payment. Please contact us if it does not change after paying for a few days.

- Our Bank account detail will be shown if you choose paying by Bank Transfer.
- Please pay to our bank account as shown within 7 days.
- Note: The Order Status in your 'Order History' will change to Completed if we received your Bank Transfer payment. Please check your bank or contact us if it does not change after you make bank transfer for a few days.
